Mira Jochimsen (b. 1997) is passionately engaged with the craft, poetry and politics of dance. She is especially interested in exploring the tension between inside and outside, between aesthetic practice and personal, bodily and emotional experience.

Mira graduated from the BA program in Dance Performance at Stockholm University of the Arts. Prior to that she studied dance in Reykjavík (Iceland University of the Arts) and Berlin (Tanzfabrik Berlin). At the moment she is doing an Erasmus+ traineeship as a recent graduate at KANA theatrical centre in Szczecin, Poland.
